Visa express service (rush visa service / emergency processing for visa on arrival) is used when you have only one day left to enter Vietnam or if you would like to get your visa approval letter asap. There are two kinds of urgent processing:

Urgent Service: 8 hour processing - You have plus $10 for this service and receive visa approval letter 8 hour after your payment.

Super Urgent Service: 4 hour processing - You have plus $30 for this service and receive visa approval letter 4 hour after your payment. In this kind of service, you have to contact our supporter via phone: (+84)904-712-081 or email: [email protected]

Note:

• Morning request: If you submit your application and pay the fee by 8.00 AM (Vietnam GMT+7 timezone), we will send you the approval letter by 12.00 PM (4 hour processing) or 16.00 PM (8 hour processing).
• Noon request: If you submit your application and pay the fee by 2.00 PM (Vietnam GMT+7 timezone), we will send you the approval letter by 6.00 PM on the same day (04 hour processing) or 12.00 PM next day (8 hour processing).

Can rush visa be guaranteed?

In most cases, there is no problem to get an approval letter within 4-8 working hours. However, we cannot guarantee it, in the event that we can not send it to you on time as promised, we will make full refund. We should not be held responsible for any losses incurred in case your visa approval letter is not approved in time.

What if my flight is on a Saturday or Sunday?

Immigration desk is open 24/7/365 at Vietnamese airports for you to pickup your visa (if you have had the approval letter ready), but if you wish yo issue the approval letter on weekend, it's difficult because of Vietnam Immigration Office is closed. Howerver, we CAN process visa for you in these days, see below!

Processing Vietnam visa on arrival on Saturday and Sunday

The urgent or express processing timeframe above will not work for weekend and weekday evenings. If you apply for an urgent visa approval letter during night-time or weekend, the order can only be processed on the next business days or next Monday.
